    It's in a great location and there is secure parking nearby. Although the street below was noisy, we were in the top flat at the back of the property, so it was really quiet.

    Location was excellent. Right next to Liverpool Lime Street Station, so literally 5 to 10 min walk to shops and pubs. Free parking was a bonus for the city centre. Just drive into the car park next door then provide your car reg on checkout to get the parking validated. You get 24 hours from the time you drive in for each night you've booked. Then just drive out at the end of your stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially when we had a medical issue and needed to extend our stay. Would stay here again.

    Great apartment layout, fab location, email with all relevant codes to access main door & collect keys from key box inside provided without any issues on day of arrival and the discount code for local car park from hosts provided great saving on secure parking! Also the lift was great as we stayed on top/4th floor!

    Lovely luxurious feel to the hotel. Staff were all amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Great car park with free parking for 24 hrs was also a bonus.

    The staff are very welcoming the breakfast a continental one but a good variety. Free parking in the car park and you can park on the road. It is a few miles from the centre but not far from Lark Lane,Penny Lane and Sefton Park. They have a small bar and a large lounge. The facilities are good but a few steps leading up to the front of the hotel so difficult if you have mobility problems
