We chose this hotel as a base for our stay so it being adjacent to a retail park didn't bother us. The accommodation is separate to the pub with plenty of free car parking all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pub and accommodation was clean and well maintained. Staff were brilliant. I made a request for late checkout and my message was missed. Mistakes happen but they gave me late checkout complimentary as an apology which was very much appreciated.
