Large room in a lovely location -the building where my room was located was a former village school refurbished with elegant and traditional design-. Superb cleanliness, extra large bed, great breakfast. If did also enjoy a delicious dinner at the pub.

Our stay here was amazing, couldn't have asked any more from the hosts. Lots of information before arrival in terms of what to expect and how to find the farm. Upon arrival hosts lit the log burner for us and this kept us plenty warm enough throughout our stay despite it being the beginning of winter. The barn was spotless and all expected facilities were clean and available. The outdoor kitchen had everything you would expect and need and we were able to cook a warm meal every day of our stay. Hosts gave us plenty of wood for the fire. Shower was warm and of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed having a walk around seeing all the animals and was greeted by a lovely dog who came to say hello. It exceeded our expectations staying in a barn on a working farm and we cannot wait to stay here again. Hopefully we will be up early enough to catch the fresh eggs next time :D

    The room was very pretty, the location and parking was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and the choice was great, especially as we both wanted authentic sourdough bread toast. Very happy with the stay. The only thing I would say is that we arrived at 10pm and the lighting in the room was very stark and the table lamps were too dark to see with...maybe a brighter lamp could be used in bedside lights? Other than that , I would highly recommend.

    Love this hotel. Perfectly placed to visit family nearby. Offers great value over other properties as first rate breakfast and parking included. This was our 5th stay.

    Location to Loughborough uni where our son was playing in a football tournament. Very friendly welcoming staff. Spacious quiet rooms. Good pub grub. Plenty of parking. Breakfast excellent.

    So much character and unique quirks yet really relaxing and so dog friendly - just perfect! It was in a lovely village, so quiet even though a part of The Falcon pub, it was separated by the car park and gardens, then in the morning I saw fields full of sheep and lambs out of the bathroom window - just idyllic.
