The rooms were delightful, slept well after a long trip. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was second to none. They let us leave our bags there all day until we could check in to a neighbouring hotel. Highly recommended it !

    Warm welcome, nice views from hotel, complimentary use of spa facilities, not far from Weston Super Mare but do need a car, plenty free parking at the hotel. Nice bar, although we did not use and breakfast and dinner available at an additional cost. The room was very spacious, being an executive room, and had a nice balcony where you could sit if the weather was good and on the whole decorated to quite a high standard.

    The room was adequate and clean. I would describe it as functional rather than having any 'wow' factor, but this partly due to the age and layout of the main building. On the plus side, this did make a nice change from modern 'box' hotels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the bar area was particularly pleasant. Breakfast was very good. The free parking and proximity to the M5, whilst not being right next to it was also very good.

    Breakfast was good. There was enough of a selection. Had I wanted something other than on the buffet I could have asked - poached eggs for example. Very friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere. Plenty of indoor comfort in room (such as comfy chairs which many hotels don’t offer) or throughout the downstairs area with large sofas etc. Great location to access town/city and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Free car parking and plenty of it.

    Great casual bar menu. Staff helpful and friendly. Car parking convenient and free of charge, as it should be! Amazing value for money although it was a Monday night in January. But with the use of the leisure spa facilities it ended up being a bargain.
