The accommodation was a lovely cottage with lounge/ open space kitchen area. I got upgraded to a larger cottage shortly after I made the booking with wood burner fireplace with stone wall, and a double bed. Each room had timber ceiling beams so it really felt like an old stone cottage. Outside the cottage is a lovely garden area with a couple of large trees overlooking hills and farmers fields with sheep. The farm is at the end of a long drive with other farms and cottages. It was very quiet and peaceful. It is a couple of miles away from Torrington and about twenty miles from the coast, Woolacombe being probably the best known for it's beach and shops as well as Croyde and the South West coast path. There's lots to do in the area with other beaches and attractions.

The cottage is so lovely & homely, it's equipped with everything you could possibly need. The terrace is a sun trap in the afternoon & the donkeys popping their heads over the wall make it extra special. Andy & Sam are brilliant hosts & made us feel very welcome & we will definitely be returning

Everything was perfect! So idyllic, and the photos just don't do this place justice. Only a short walk to the nearest pub (the food and cocktails were delicious!), and then back to the warm, cosiness of this beautiful hideaway! We were even greeted by a gorgeous feline on the grounds of the property, who met us from our car!

Easily accessible and spacious! Great location between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Everything you would want and/or need. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Would fit a large family with ease. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean. Ty for the stay!

    Food was excellent ' both the pub meal in the evening and the breakfast. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. The bar staff too. Very comfortable room, nice touches with the toiletries in the bathroom and everything very clean. Quiet and peaceful location. Parking on other side of road, plenty of space and secure.
