Carol Lodge was beyond expectations and the owner was everything I’d hope for in a host. She is respectful of your own space, but very generous and accommodating. She provided everything I needed. Check in was smooth and the property was spotlessly clean. The room was amazingly quiet and dark at night with thick curtains so I slept extremely well. There’s a nice garden outside and you can use all communal areas in the house.

Everything was great, room is very clean and quiet, it was possible to settle earlier, this was a great plus for me, also I would mention, that the place is really close to metro station and there are only 30 minutes to Kings cross station.

Our hosts Roberto and Anita were a breath of fresh air. Warm and inviting, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly wonderful time while there. The very pleasant Mrs. Maria wrote me on WhatsApp to hand over the keys. Upon arrival, she greeted us with a smile and showed us the apartment. At check-out, she was interested in feedback, we were pleased with a nice gift. Modernly equipped and very clean apartment. Great location by the train station 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace. There was no meal option with our room but it was clean and spotless. The owner was very attentive, considerate, kind, and hospitable. It was very comfortable, safe, relaxing as well as convenient. We like all the amenities and it's smoke-free. This is way better than a hotel. The bus stand was only a 2 minute walk and it's a 15 minute bus ride to Sutton high street. It was easy to commute. I will never forget to take the bus 280 towards Tooting. I usually wait by the St. Nicholas centre, stop W or by the sutton library, which were very accessible. If you want to be home away from home, book your stay here!! We love this place and we hope you will, too.

    Honestly, the host is so lovely! She went above and beyond (even offered me her dinner after I got back from work!!) The room is very cozy and clean, and theres free parking and a lovely garden you can use :) Would book here again

    Overnight stay for an early hospital appointment. Owner was aware that we would be arriving late. Kept in touch as to our arrival time and they were very accommodating when we arrived. Contacted beforehand to reserve parking on the drive, which was really helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Didn't have breakfast provided as we took our own due to dietary requirements. Shared bathroom facilities okay.

    Easy to get to, parking available, location great for attending Wimbledon tennis championships. It was quiet when I was there, although there were other guests they were all quiet. Clean, comfortable room, shower hot and breakfast available. Host was helpful and friendly.
