Travelled for work and needed a place convenient for the motorway - this place was walking distance to Morley which has most conveniences, ample on street parking and close to M62 and access to M621/M1. The room was clean and the shared kitchen had everything you would need in a self catering apartment. The wifi genuinely is superfast and the smart tv in the room means you don't have to use the communal lounge if you don't wish to.

The bed was really comfy and the house was clean. Very quiet area which we loved. The sofa in the living room wasn’t comfy and it was broke on the left side. Shower head didn’t work and hot tube wasn’t filled.

Everything was really good. Location is excellent, 2 minutes from the center. Around the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants which can satisfy any taste. Reception is available 24 hours per day. The room was clean and have everything for a good sleep. For sure for my future stay in Leeds this hotel it will be my first choice.

    Perfect! Beautiful little flat with comfy beds, off street parking and the best shower EVER! Proper home from home right down to the toilet roll being the same as the only toilet roll I've used for 17 years! (ADHD and OCD). Will definitely book again. Even my stress head of a dachshund settled straight in! Leah was lovely and very responsive to messages. Hoping to try the local pub and chippy next time!

    Location was brilliant to be able to visit family. The flat was a perfect size, the decor was nice. The bed was really clean and comfy. Off street parking was great. The host was very accommodating and excellent at keeping in touch, and was very prompt answering questions.
