Beautiful property with very new, clean, modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent with porridge included in the continental includes breakfast. Hosts really friendly and helpful .

Excellent facilities, comfy, all modern and brand new and had everything I needed for my stay. Superb location, quiet but just a short trip into town and was an excellent base for exploring Orkney. The lovely host Dorothy welcomed me when I arrived, and the locally made cheese, biscuits and shortbread were great!

Karrawa is a lovely home with a very comfortable guest room and an exquisitely appointed en-suite. Everything was so clean and Fyona was quite friendly snd welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was delicious. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

Great stay in the guesthouse Lovely room with en-suite kitchen facilities and an adjacent bathroom for my exclusive use Very comfortable bed TV plenty of sockets some with USB ports for charging my multiple devices Great breakfast when I didn’t need an early start On days when I did need to leave by 8am I could prepare breakfast in my room Car park was always available for my car with a seakayak on the roof Friendly staff who could not have been more helpful and accommodated a late arrival from the Aberdeen ferry Would stay here again without hesitation

I was a little concerned that this would be a 'party hostel' but it was quiet and comfortable. We had a 4 bed room, but it was just for the three of us. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot! The heater worked well, which we were grateful for!

Exceptional stay. The accommodation was excellent and the food was fabulous. The staff are very friendly while remaining professional. The restaurant is highly regarded for its dinner menu and rightly so. However, the breakfast is also excellent with 5 cooked options, including 2 fish options. All the food is locally sourced. I can highly recommended s say here.
