We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it has large spaces (big living room with open kitchen well equiped and the room is also spacious). The view of the loch and the terrace has been well appreciated! It was well located in a quiet area, not far away from Dunvegan Castle or the Neist Point Lightouse. I recommend at 100%!

Instructions were easy to follow to get to the property and then to get into the correct room. Parking was very convenient. The room was comfortable and well appointed with everything one could need for a self-catering stay.

Staying in the Croft House was a wonderful experience. The view over to Dunvegan Head was stunning. Great facilities for cooking too. Electric heating system kept the home warm. There was also a wood fire. Washing machine was great as we had been travelling for over a week. We used the clothes horse for drying the clothes. We were two couples so having two bathrooms was good. Both bedrooms are upstairs. With one bathroom, with a shower over the bath, upstairs and the other bathroom, with a shower, down stairs. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Walked along the road for great views and down to the local harbour and to see the sheep and cows that wander the local area.

The B&B was clean and neat with a great view from the breakfast / lounge room. The quirky artifacts and memorabilia spread around the house with their tiny notes explaining them really created a 'Highland feeling' that tourists with an appreciation for history looking for a real local experience will love. Host James ('Not a true local! I came from the mainland!') was kind and helpful, ready to share stories about fairies and the country and differences between island people and those from outside, all while offering you a fine whisky. He loves recycling plastic too. His whimsical character and B&B will help you create lasting memories from the island of Skye.
