    The property was well equipped and clean. There were lots of supplies for washing machine,loo rolls etc. Also bread, cereals tea etc. Good use of space for a studio apartment. There is an outside area with seating. The parking was good and we had good communication from the owner. As we were there when big artist on at Principality it was quite pricey( as were all properties for that date) so bit difficult to rate price wise.
