Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Very welcoming experience right from the moment we entered. The renovation work is beautifully done and with in keeping of the age and character of the building. Knowledge of local area was very useful. Breakfast was perfect (also loved being able to have fresh milk in our bedroom instead of UHT milk). Plan to stay again and maybe for a longer stay.

This property was everything it claimed to be. The owner Steve met us at the front door, took us on a guided tour of the rooms we had booked and explained how everything worked. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast amazing. Steve told us of good places for a drink and to eat. He is an excellent host.
