Great communication and clear instructions on how to get in home, Spoke to owner who let us check in earlier as we have two young children this allowed us to put them to sleep soon as we arrived. Lovely scones and spread left and milk so you don't need to worry. Great location near the beaches only 10 minute drive, has parking at the front of the cottage. Really warm inside the cottage. Overall great experience will recommend and will return in future.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a lovely hotel, friendly staff, good location and free parking. Great and fresh breakfast which includes a few options to choose from. The room was very quiet, the comfy bed and included all needed facilities. The dining experience was nice with a good dishes and good service.

    Plenty of free parking, nice venue with lovely gardens and beer garden. Breakfast was continental plus full English choice with plenty of tea / juices etc. It was nice to see a proper toaster available lol. I stayed in a family room with the bathroom suitable for the disabled, very clean and plenty of room with tea and coffee facilities with a lovely view seeing the birds and rabbits. The pub on-site was excellent facility / lovely food options at reasonable prices, staff were very friendly

    Location quiet. Room good size and light and airy. Great car parking. Food at the pub a very short walk away was very busy, although staff managed to squeeze us in - Thank You. Staff at the pub were friendly and very helpful. Food was lovely. Have stayed before and would stay again.

    Immaculate, well-equipped, bright and airy apartment, with easy onsite parking. Hosts were so friendly and helpful when I had managed to lock myself out (or rather my husband had locked me out and fallen asleep and I couldn't wake him up to get in). Lovely welcome pack, including the essentials in this house (milk and wine) and towels and bedding provided. Excellent value for money. This will definitely be my first choice of accommodation if I am in the area again.

    Exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely big and old house, tastefully furnished and I had a lovely cosy and comfy room. On street parking was no problem and was convenient to bus and train stations. A good base for exploring the nearby area.

    Eggs cooked perfectly every morning, there was yogurt and selection of cereals to choose from. There was ample room for car parking. The bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

    Good size room, comfortable bed, good desk, kettle, TV, etc. Bathroom had wet room shower which i much prefer to a bath with a shower over. Bar and restaurant across the car park. Reasonable prices and a pretty good menu for a pub and the food was well cooked with good sized portions. Loads of free parking just outside. Tricky's is down a quiet country lane so the site felt pretty secure.
