There was a handy little welcome pack that had the usual stuff of where to eat and visit and had the wifi password. Sounds simple but I stay at a lot of places that don't have this meaning you have to hunt around for things. There was plenty of space, it was all clean and the beds were comfortable. The supply of tea, coffee and milk was especially appreciated.
