    Heating was effective and most welcome on a chilly autumn evening. Free parking in spacious car park. 3 mins walk from ell stocked local coop with long opening hours. Easy journey into Salisbury. Pretty little river to rear of property. Earplugs spplied (on A36). Able to put fresh milk outside on windowsill overnight. Shower worked well.

    All good. Free parking. Very clean. Friendly helpful hosts. Only 10 min walk to town. Busy road but can avoid that when walking to town by turning right out of car park. Recommend booking the cathedral tower tour before go, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Location, staff, free parking permit for nearby council car park, food, quirky old building. The staff were really excellent in helping us up the firm but wonky stairs.

    Staff was friendly and helpfull. Was offered a parking ticket for the nearby 'Browne Street Parking lot at £8 for 24 hrs which was great. The hotel is only a shoet walk from Sailsbury Cathedral, the Sailsbury Museum and The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum.
