    A simple breakfast was provided in the room, with eggs and a good selection of cereals. (Shame the jam was mouldy though, and the bread by day 3). A good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels provided. A bowl is provided to wash dishes Able to park the car safely on the road outside, in a quiet area The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Heating is in the room if needed.

    This property is such a great find, it's extremely clean and comfortable, it has it's own kitchen and a lovely shower room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there is plenty of parking and it is very quiet. An added bonus is that the number 27 bus stops almost outside and takes you down to the coast road and into Brighton so great as a base for exploring. All boxes ticked :)

    Th location was great, excellent hosts and accommodation very clean. Milk and basic coffee and tea provided which was a bonus. Parking on street OK. Shower room excellent.

    It was very comfortable and the perfect size for myself and my collie. In a great location for lots of dog walks and amazing views. Free parking is also always a bonus.

    A great location with lots of free parking (we parked across the road to stay off the hill!) and right next to a regular 20 minute bus to Brighton. Well-decorated and peaceful.
