Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, I ended up being a couple hours earlier in selby than I first thought. When I let them know, they made sure to push my room clean forward so I could check in a little earlier than I expected.

The view is to die for, the bedroom was snug and the kitchen well appointed. The slipper bath is a delightful luxury. The boiler was off in the morning but the owner came around to fix it and gave us a late checkout to finish bathing.

    Location and free parking was brilliant. I requested a fan in the room prior to arrival and it was there waiting for me. Breakfast was brilliant (and accommodating for gluten free) and the lady serving was lovely and helpful

    Great location right in the centre of Selby. Good free parking. Our room overlooked Market Place on the first floor. It was a Monday evening and all very peaceful. A comment by the hotel management in the welcome pack implies there might be external noise. There wasn’t. Comfortable bed and in the room all that was needed for an overnight stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bar food and breakfast excellent. Overall excellent value for money.
