The whole experience, could not fault any aspect of our stay. The food was superb, friendly staff, comfortable rooms which were spotless, in a great location just over the road from the station. Despite this never heard a sound. We will be returning...excellent!

Perfect little cottage. We were welcomed with a pint of milk, loaf and some butter. There was tea, coffee and sugar too. Beds were super comfortable. We arrived on the Friday afternoon, directions were spot on. Our car fitted in the courtyard and my brother parked in the very reasonable carpark just behind the cottage. It was perfectly located for our Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge the next morning, only took about 10 mins to drive to our starting location. We all appreciated the lovely hot water when we got baths and showers following our challenge and there are some great pubs just a hobble away. Would definitely recommend.

Windyridge is a beautiful big terrace house on Settle main street. The large rooms are all decorated with high quality furniture and fittings which really suit the ambience of the property. All the rooms are lovely with big bright windows throughout, open fires and comfortable chairs and settees. The kitchen had everything we needed and was pleasant to cook and eat in though there was a splendid dining room/ library too. The locally made grandfather clocks around the house really help to make the place feel special. There are three large double bedrooms and one twin room upstairs as well as a bathroom with toilet, free standing bath and shower. There is another toilet and walk in shower downstairs and the property also has a washing machine and tumble drier. The yard at the back of the house provides enough parking space for two large cars and across the little back lane is a nice raised garden area with a table and chairs. We loved Windyridge, it helped make our our enjoyable stay in Settle even more memorable and we hope to return.

Perfectly situated in the Yorkshire Dales, this cottage was clean, spacious, delightfully renovated with a large kitchen/dining room, cosy lounge, on the first floor and super large double room, room with bunk beds and large bathroom with a stand-alone bath. Up another flight of stairs you have a twin bedroom and another double, with another bathroom with a lovely large shower. The cottage was warm, showers powerful, all the equipment you might need in the kitchen. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Settle that has plenty of choice for eating.. We had a slight issue (our fault entirely) but the owner was very responsive and able to sort things out very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!

Everything. Whilst we were there, the field a window looked over had 3 alpacas in it, which you are allowed to feed through window with special food provided. The reclining sofa was a lovely special extra. Hazel and Charlie are really really lovely. Can't wait to come back. Great central location. 100% privacy. You'll need a parking display card if you want to park in Settle, there's one supplied in the accommodation. Great information pack supplied in accommodation.

Parking nearby with ample spaces and clear instructions from the owners about getting to the property from the car park and accessing the property (2 days before). Welcome pack of milk, wine + cookies a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Leaflets for days out available.

    A beautiful little cottage in a lovely little village. Everything you could need is pretty much on the doorstep - pubs, restaurants and grocery shops. A little further afield are walking routes to some of the most beautiful parts of the Yorkshire Dales. There's a train station 5 mins from the cottage and also a bus stop, both serving some gorgeous little villages for day trips. There's a parking spot right outside the cottage, but if that's full there's also a car park in the next road.

    The room was clean and warm, the owner explained everything, and i was given a key for the outside door, as well as my room, breakfast was good with an varied option, ranging for fruit and yoghurt to full english, car parking round the back of the property.
