A lovely country pub with excellent facilities in a really nice village. Our room was a very generous size with ensuite. Everything was clean and well prepared. The owners made us feel at home and very welcome. We had a lovely breakfast.

Everything was perfect from start to finish, the caravan site itself was exeptional, very clean the caravan itself couldnt have been better- staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend and definitely would come back. Thankyou so much for such a lovely stay.

It was a lovely 2 night stay for a wedding we were attending. Hannah the host was so considerate, letting us check in early to get ready and even offering to take us to pick our car up the day after, super kind. The room was pristine and the bed comfortable. The facilities were perfect for us and the fresh breakfasts just amazing. We would recommend The Larch Room and intend to come and stay again, it was 5 ***** Thank you

Fantastic stay in lovely cottage. Great base for exploring all Yorkshire has to offer. The hot tub was an added bonus enjoyed by both ourselves and the grandkids. Hist were very accommodating especially when this damsel in distress let the battery run down in the car needed a jump start. Thank you so so much

Location was brilliant for us as we had a car. But we wanted a relaxing weekend away in a lovely cottage and that is what we got. Hot tub was great! Parking right outside the cottage. Everything we needed in the cottage. Beds were comfy. Lovely bath and shower. We will be back.

Beautiful little cottage, in a lovely village, pub with excellent food just across the street, 2nd pub/restaurant just up the road, Indian and fish and chip shop also in the village. Most are dog friendly.

This was a fantastic location. The cottage was homely and cosy. Beds were comfortable and it had all the facilities that we needed. I loved the surrounding area and looking at the lake from the cottage was fabulous. I particularly loved to see the dogs as they always greeted us when we arrived back, running towards us with a waggy tail. They were super cute :) Very good value for money and would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back.

    100% recommend for everyone. We booked very last minute but Elley messaged straight away with all the information we needed. There were so many lovely touches throughout the cottage and everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. We took our two little dogs and it was perfect for them with all you could need already provided. The location was also great with parking right outside. Will 100% be back again!
