If I could give more than 10 stars I would! Very thoughtful touches throughout the property. Very nicely and recently decorated. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. I stayed in an en-suite room which had everything you may need. Then the added bonus is the sparkling clean shared kitchen with free tea/coffee/cereals and milk. I will for sure stay again.

I recently spent an incredible week at this hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room in perfect condition throughout my stay. The hotel offered comfortable and well-maintained facilities, which made my stay very pleasant. While everything was excellent, I did miss having a small fridge in the room, which would have made the experience absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a quiet and relaxing environment to unwind. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Perfect location. Quiet neighbourhood. Idéal to have car parked in front of the house. Warm welcome from the owner. Fully equipped room with à desk/table to either eat and/or work. It’s clean. The owner provided cooking and heating facilities meanwhile many drinks such as milk, juice,tea and coffee . We can cook and wash. Th owner is kind and nice. We can left my car till to 1:00pm with free charge, it’s so convenient to castle and riverside.

We were warmly welcomed to this beautiful and comfortable apartment by Angela. Everything you could possible need and more little touches were supplied here. The information on the local area was helpful and there is the best corner pub nearby where we had great dinners and were welcomed by the locals. It also is an easy walk into city centre and a convenient taxi ride to Heathrow airport.

    The check-in guy was brilliant, very informative and helpful and it felt like he was genuinely welcoming me! Great location very close to the Thames and Staines centre with free parking. Breakfast was included in my booking and served quickly, hot and tasty!!
