The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with modern furnishings. Beautiful bath and shower. The bed was huge and comfy. We had breakfast at the hotel and a varied menu was offered, friendly efficient service. Staff were all very upbeat and helpful. We found ample street parking, so no problem there. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, not far from the town center. The facilities were excellent, the owner thought about everything you need as a guest. We also got home made biscuits, tea and milk as a welcome, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was 10/10, tasty and freshly cooked. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The farm itself was very nice and the area was well maintained. It is easy to see that the owners really take care of the guest house to make us, guests, feel welcome 😀. I will happily come back in my next visit to Cornwall and would recommend it to my friends 👍.

Great breakfast menu (I loved the fresh omelette), Kara is very helpful in every way, whether bus timetables or recommendations for dinner and also always good for a laugh. The bed is confi, it’s a good location near the heart of the little city and my favorite live-music pub „the Barrel“, a short walk to the beach and the coastal path, good car parking spaces nearby at the supermarket Co-Op (I payed only 6 pounds for 3 nights via the App „just park“) There are two breakfast options: at 8am and 9am. Just a remark, „Burn view“ is during the day a busy street and my room was pointing out to it, (and to the golf club and the hills behind it), some other rooms didn’t, but at night it is perfectly calm. I was out hiking during the day anyway.

From the moment we arrived Nicki the landlady was charming and attentive ,showed us to our room that far exceeded our expectations ,this is a hidden jewel and we will definitely return ,we have already recommended it to 2 friends and will continue to spread the good word .
