    Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, very polite and excellent service. Our evening meal in the restaurant with friends was lovely and we both enjoyed breakfast the following morning. Bathroom is lovely, large and modern with a good quality shower. Good location and we got a free parking space right next to the hotel.

    Location was good for our visit to Troon for the golf. Parking available outside. Friendly staff member showed us to our room. Nice personal touch. Breakfast was good and service quick. Bed and pillows were very good. Great towels.

    Fully equipped kitchen, hot water and powerful shower. Clean throughout. Options for central heating or log burner. Private enclosed rear garden which would be a sun trap in the sunny weather. Off road parking. Host was very friendly and responsive to messages before our visit. Great location to explore South West Scotland. Definitely stay again.

    Excellent location and lots of parking on the streets available. The staff were very hospitable and the food was excellent. A lovely village to wander around and some good walks around the hotel area.

    Breakfast was excellent and we were impressed by friendly staff. We also enjoyed meals in the restaurant which has an excellent menu. Our room was in the rear courtyard which gave us a convenient parking space. Lovely spacious bathroom!

    Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent menu choice and delicious food. Suite accommodation was fabulous. our own cottage beautifully maintained, car park space right outside. Really suitable to take our dog too.
