    Clean and very spacious and comfortable bed, the shower was brilliant, great pressure. Parking was extra but only £4 for 24 hours, lots of space and just a short walk. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality.

    room was adequate for what we were there for. Parking was very easy and plenty spaces. Breakfast was good but the bacon was over cooked and like cardboard!!! plenty of space between tables which was nice. Staff were very attentive

    Tony was a welcoming host who has done as excellent job converting a traditional pub into holiday rooms. Clean and comfortable with off street parking. Well positioned with easy access to main roads.

    Very welcoming owner , room was nicer than I thought , an old pub bar with 4 single beds (room 3) 2 beds each side of a wall partition which gave some privacy as staying with my teenager son. Nice shower, very clean , free parking . Marked down slightly as we had some road noise in the morning as the room is the closest room to the minor road outside. I imagine the other rooms were less noisy as they were away from the road. Very nice bedding, pillows new and comfy as was the mattress.

    Everything. Stayed with a colleague for work, free safe and secure parking, very warm and comfy, excellent location near the M25, and the host Paula was brilliant, very welcoming smooth check in and she said was available 24/7 if there was any issues, but we encountered no issues
