A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for... A stunning Shepherds Hut, contains so many amenities and more for a break nr the peak district. Host was very quick with the responses to our questions and was very helpful. Bathroom was superb considering the remoteness of the Hut.

    Everything about The Greyhound Inn was lovely! The location is fab with free parking, and a brilliant circular walk straight from the door (Warslow to Thors Cave & Ecton Hill, stopping off at Wetton Mill cafe along the way!). The staff, food, and pub were all brilliant. It's one of those rare places that you want to recommend to everyone, whilst also keeping it secret!

    great location , lovely “village” feel to it. excellent staff … very friendly and welcoming. food and drink was great . our room was very modern,clean and adequate. There is ample parking space at the side the pub.
