It’s a clean modern nice cottage, well interior designed. looks exactly as the photos, but it is smaller and cozier! we stayed 3 nights with our little Yorkie and we absolutely loved our stay. it is equipped with Barbecue with gas and has a view of the open field and we were able to hear or even see the sheep from the garden. There’s a public path to the open field within 10min walk from the cottage and beautiful walk around. 5 big super market with driving distance. The host was very nice and helpful! we were provided with complimentary drinks. there are many board and card games provided in the cottage!

We had been looking for a quiet but not too secluded little spot in the Licolnshire countryside to treat ourselves to a summer getaway - and we probably found the best place to do so: Lut's Place is an absolute gem! Set amongst fields, trees and horse paddocks with The Beck and the river Witham running close by, it is only a 15-minute drive away from Lincoln city centre and easy to find. There's ample space for parking one's car. The 300-year old farmhouse has been beautifully restored with an eye for detail: The hallway from the entrance leads to the guest lounge, which offers comfy seating, books, board games and a fireplace, as well as the big kitchen with its spacious seating area that overlooks the garden and its trees, flowers and wildlife. The wooden staircase leads up to a small tea/coffee corner, Lut's treatment room, the three guest rooms (all tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and offering maximum comfort and coziness) and bathroom facilities. Every evening, you get to choose next morning's breakfast from a large and varying selection of breakfast classics as well as Lut's and Bruce's specials on the menu. After a good night's sleep, your choice of breakfast is freshly prepared whilst you sit back, relax and have a morning chat with Lut and Bruce (and any other guests that happen to be having breakfast at the same time) over a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of juice or a smoothie. The food is a work of art with particular attention paid to organic ingredients and vegetarian options. Scrumptious! Last but not least, Lut and Bruce are simply wonderful people to be staying with. What a wholesome experience - we very much look forward to revisiting!

    Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially when we thought we'd mislaid some car keys! The pub itself was good and the rooms were much more than we'd expected. Very comfortable and well equipped. Continental breakfasts were delivered to our rooms and there was no problem leaving one of our vehicles in their car park for a few hours after we'd checked out. Would highly recommend.

    Continental breakfast was fine, delivered to your door. This is a small country pub doing it's very best to serve locals as a hub. whilst making its visitors welcome. Loads going on, we ate twice at the in house Wild Cat Pizza, just so easy , the bar is a bar, not posh, simply practical. Slept very well, bed was comfy. No problem parking on or off site. Normally stay in a hotel, but this is a little gem. Great value for money. Certainly on our list for next time, well done Ross and Staff.
