As soon as I came in I could see how clean and tidy the room was. Gary was spectacular throughout the whole stay, he replied to my messages promptly and he was often asking if we needed anything. It was a stress free experience which I definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic, a balcony overlooking the harbour is definitely a bonus too. It was easy to access and the instructions were easy to follow. It was clean, well presented and it was equipped with everything we could have asked for. It was warm and comfortable too. We had a problem with the hot water which was sorted swiftly.

    Location was OK but the parking situation was very poor, you had to park across the road and through another carpak on to a rough ground area which was run by NCP car parks and this was OK for a van but the cars struggled with the debris and pot holes

    Kingswood is a really spacious, warm and very well located house. Plenty of car parking and very near to the West Cumbrian Coast. As a family group we enjoyed our stay; Ben is an excellent host and we would definitely stay again and would recommend, without reservation.
