Lovely little apartment, close to all transport lines a short drive to the football stadium where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Meet a greet went smoothly parking near apartment was very accessible shops close by. Host was also very nice and helped us along the way when it came to parking and stuff

To say I loved this stay would be an understatement. It's intentionally decorated, immaculately clean, with comfy beds/duvet - literally has everything one might need for a trip. The host was so caring and thoughtful, welcoming us with cool bottled water, with more snacks and drinks in the bedroom fridge! The host even had fresh flowers in a vase for us, and the garden was gorgeous to relax in. My stay felt far more comfortable than a hotel actually - it was like a 5* hotel, but within a whole spacious house! The location is so ideal, with close access to public transport, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. My only wish is I booked for longer, so will have to rebook for another time!

    Easy to get to by car. Ample free car parking. Great cocktails, nice beers, lovely food/breakfast. Staff really helpful and friendly. Decent rooms, although depending on which one the bathroom can be a bit tight. We have stayed a few times and had the small one and the larger one. A few mins walk from Highams Park station for easy access to London.
