As always, a very relaxing stay. Location is secluded and relaxing. Rooms are spacious, bedding comfy. Restaurant offer is excellent, including the breakfast buffet. Gym is small but well equipped. Despite expansion and landscaping work in progress, the tranquility was not greatly disturbed. The path around the lake is still accessable.

We were welcomed very warmly. Loved the location, close to town and an easy and interesting walk from Lake Ilia. The swimming pool and changing rooms looked wonderful, although we didn’t have time to use them. Work is still underway and it will be very splendid soon. There didn’t seem to be any cafes in town, and so we were very pleased to be able to order meals at the hotel, and to be served by the pool. A truly memorable experience. This is a good place to relax away from the tourist trail.

A really fantastic place to stay! Rooms are huge! Beds are amazingly comfortable! Staff were awesome. Prices for the wine tour and tasting are reasonable. The prices of wine per bottle is also reasonable. The views are fantastic. Great pavilion in the vineyards to sip wine, eat and chat. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Massive veranda to sit outside during breakfast. The provided breakfast is excellent. Would absolutely stay again!

A truly charming place with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The property features a stunning, expansive garden that adds to its beauty. Conveniently located, it provided the perfect setting for our stay. Here, we had the pleasure of tasting the finest Saperavi wine, crafted in a traditional qvevri. The food was absolutely delicious, and there are options for paid breakfast and dinner, which we highly recommend. The hosts were hospitable, making us feel right at home. Everything was amazing, clean , friendly, breakfast amazing. The stuff they were really so helpful and nice . Sure when I back to this area my properties hotel will be ❤️❤️ , and thanks for the Georgi in the kitchen was good boy , and lady maia at the reception she was so nice . Everything was just amazing. Beautifully decorated villa, nice garden area, with swings, dining table and lovely gazebo for the rest whilst kids are in a pool. Spectacular view from the balcony. You can order traditional meals from the villa's menu, and the prices are really good. We have ordered dinner for 8 o'clock and it was served to us as if it would be high quality restaurant. The food was soooo tastyyyy. There are several board games available for the evening entertainment. We had such a lovely time by playing chess and chatting with host. We were given choice of when we wanted to have our breakfast, and it was prepared worm on that time. One special detail of the meal was added especially for us, and it was so sweet because we didn't expect it at all. We received lots of valuable advice in regards of our further journey in Sakartvelo,it was so nice to see how they care about us. I could list and list only good things about this stay but I highly recommend you all to visit yourself to appreciate it. Thank you so much ladies❤️

    Very nice family run guesthouse in Kvareli. Everything as was as in the pictures, room and property clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful with any questions. Location is only a short walk to Kindzmaruli Wine Corporation or the "centre" of town. Off street parking if you have a car. Will stay again :)
