Everything was excellent. The island is wonderful. The room was great with a lovely view. The owners of the place are very nice and pleasant. We received all the information we asked for. The restaurant belonging to the parents of the owners of the place opened specially for us. We ate a wonderful and delicious evening meal.

Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

Hosts were very polite and they cared about all the guests. The breakfast was nice and during Christmas they organized a little gathering with food and music. Easy access, near to Prespes. A value for money choice.

This hotel fully reflects the unique atmosphere in this mountain hamlet in arguably one of the most remote parts of Northern Greece, a mere stonesthrow away from the border with Albania. What stands out the most is the heartwarming hospitality of its owners - with the lady of the house being Italian from Como and her husband Voios, fluent in Italian, who grew up in this very compound. Voios also built the wing housing the guest rooms from scratch by himself, emulating the way of construction of his ancestors' former living quarters in exactly the same location.

The beds have beautifully hard mattresses. Loved the room and the house and the village. They have lots of character and look well used. Might not be for everyone, but the lush garden, insects, frogs, birds, cats, dogs, cows, the lake was heaven to me. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I hope to visit again.

    It is an interesting place , especially the island. The silence , the nature , the old historical ruins. Thank you for the hospitality - the tasty traditional breakfast and the help of the housekeeper who took our baggage with his boat between the car parking and the guest house.
