The house is a 5-minute drive from the center of Zakynthos. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful view of the sea. Well equipped with new dishes and furniture, spacious 3 double rooms. All rooms have air conditioning, and a large terrace opens from the living room. The pool is great, not private, sometimes used by the owner, but this was not a problem at all. We rented a car, and it was easy to get everywhere from the accommodation. The apartment is just like the pictures, it's beautiful. It is worth watching the sunrise from the terrace. The innkeeper is helpful, flexible, and lives in the house.

The location was great, so close to the sea, Kalamaki town and Zante. The room was very spacious with modern furniture (big and comfortable bed) and new appliances. Our room had a decent size balcony with a lovely view to the sea and the town. The room and the whole premises were both very clean and tidy. The owners were extremely friendly and warm and made us feel so welcome and looked after. We hope to visit Avyssos again in the future.

Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! From the impeccable housekeeping to the delicious inclusive breakfast and thoughtful extras like prosecco for our anniversary, wine in the room, and a special gift at checkout, everything was perfectly organized. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned with great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marili, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to arrange tours, secure discounts, and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.     The appartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. We like the easy access to swim in the sea just in front of the appartment. The taverna has tasty greek food, and the staff is very friendly. As guests we received 10 percent discount in the restaurant. The location is a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Zakynthos town. There is a private parking.

    The view was fantastic, we saw the sunrise several times in the morning from the large balcony. There was a shower cabin in the bathroom. We had a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. Every three days there was a cleaning and also the sheets and the towels were changed. We had some welcome beer and snack. Parking inside the property.
