During my stay outside temperature some days close to or exceeding 40 °C, but the AC kept easily cool inside temperatures throughout the entire accomodation. Wifi without failures. All you need for a vacation or business trip is available in the accomodation. If needed the friendly host is available as hé is living on the upper floor of the same house.
