The location is great if you are with car or motorcycle and will be strategically situated to reach all sides of the island. The homes are so stylish and sexy that for a moment you would wish to spend more time indoor that you have planned or steal some interior design ideas. And if you love surfing the best winds beach is just a 10min walk. This is one of those places that aren't a one time visit place if you know what I mean!

The villas are located in the Perfect location. Lots of parking spots and the villas are extremely neat and clean! The pool so gorgeous and was a huge plus point. Rest assured, the pool is cleaned eveyday! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful in booking a boat tour or recommend beaches! The staff are responsive specially a beautiful lady at the reception named "Zografina" who ensured our trip was extemely cozy and comfortable. Everything was luxurious about this villa! The complimentary breakfast basket was the best as we could enjoy it eveyday by the pool! It’s a must to stay here if you are planning to go to Mykonos Thank you Ftelia for the amazing experience and looking forward to come back soon!!

What a wonderful stay. Vaida and Kostas are the best landlords there are. We were picked up from the airport and given a very warm welcome. We were able to contact them at any time and with any request. It was always cleaned and everything was done, that you could just feel comfortable. Your house is beautiful. The photos only show a small glimpse of the beauty of the house. It was a fantastic stay. We felt very well looked after and can only recommend this dream location from these super landlords.

Everything was perfect! As Advice, it would be better to rent car or motorcycle, because there aren’t taxis, it is difficult to find and the prices are expensive. From the hotel to the most important spots in Mykonos, it’s easier and faster to reach by own car.

Breakfast was incredible, the room was beautiful as well as the entire property. The staff was helpful and very professional, we also got a free of charge transport from the airport and to the port. Definitely a 5 star service and the overall vibe was amazing, we will be back for sure.

There are just so many things to say about this apartment! First of all, Mykonos is a small island and what makes this apartment very good is also the fact it is near, but out of the center (around 15 minutes of walking) so you can rest and sleep well, yet you are always able to go to the pure center of Mykonos. ANAIS is just PERFECT place to be in (I can say to live in either). The place is a huge property with typical Mykonos houses of various sizes. Each one of them is equipped with everything you need during your stay and is way too clean! The apartment for 3 people was utterly spacious and cozy, there is space for everything. The beds are good, the terrace is beautiful and the apartments are neat to each other but you also have privacy. The yard is beautiful with a lot flowers and herbs. It can be seen they pay a lot of attention to every detail of the property. Now, the best part of Anais are - Manolis and Marieta, the owners. Manolis is usually the one who receives the guests at first. I cannot put into words how detailed and passionate he is about Mykonos and how good he explains every single thing there. He has recommendations for a lot of restaurants, beaches, how good they are, what is the con of going there, the prices, the quality of food, busses to take, where to park - everything! Marieta is also indescribebly kind, witty and funny, always there to help and talk to you and make you feel like home. They are both so professional and patient, polite and talkative. If I could, I would write tons of good recensions everywhere and 10 is not enough to explain how impressive everything is! A lot of greetings from Marko, Vesna and Zoran! Greetings from Serbia 🇷🇸

    Brand new villas in a secluded area near Ftelia beach! Unique design and amazing hospitality.The hosts were very accommodating and helped us with all our request. Breakfast was very fulfilling and it comes in a nice basket!We really enjoyed the private pool!They provide parking ,there is good connection for Wifi and the housekeeping was up to standard.Also they provide buggy service throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.I would love to go back when I come back to Mykonos.

    Mrs Stavroula was so friendly and when I needed something she was always there! Free parking for my car! The view of the room is exceptional! Value for money for sure!! Is near to alemagou and one very nice beach!

    We were greeted by our host, Kostas on arrival who was very friendly and gave us a tour of the unit, along with recommendations for places to visit in Mykonos. The villa was very comfortable, modern, quiet and clean. The view was spectacular and the expansive terrace/pool was a great way to enjoy the scenery. We drove our own vehicle and parking was easy. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
