We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionist, waiters and masseuses are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We got a free room upgrade and the room was big and cosy, the bed very comfortable. The two air conditioners worked perfectly, the temperature in the room was pleasant. The food was excellent. We loved the breakfast and dinner. The snacks we had in the afternoon were also very tasty. I had a neck-back-shoulder massage by Katarina, which was pleasant and soo good. My friend had the full body massage and was also satisfied. I definetly recommend getting a massage. 🌞

The Elea Apartments feel like a little peaceful Paradiese The hosts are amazing and really did everything to make us feel welcome and relaxed. When we had some problems, they even helped us sort them out. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous.

This hotel is one of the best hotels so far. It is a new hotel with great staff. The rooms are very luxurious, the same goes for the outdoor area, the pools. The cocktails are so so so good! As for the food, it is a very refined cuisine. For certain dishes you have to be a fan of cinnamon, which is typical for Greece. This hotel is ideal if you want to relax. If we may explain small tips: we had room 1001 and missed a few wall hooks or coat racks outside the closet or shower. There is a small pouf but no mirror at seat height. We also missed a long mirror to look at outfits. These are not a must, but can be a positive addition. We want to thank Alexander for the great service and great conversations. We really enjoyed our time there. A big thank you!

All people here are very nice and caring. They have a sea water pool - actually the main pool. Very nice tennis coaches , big territory , everyone will find things to do . Very cool is that they have a free launch for kids everyday at the buffet. Also I liked a lot no need to have towel cards - towels just available everywhere, use as needed, same as water and no request on room number at breakfast- those are small things that make relaxing home atmosphere! Overall great food and generosity in everything .

    Breakfast was very good. High quality products. The hotel is located next to the Old National Road (but despite this topic, it is not noisy at night). Convenient location to visit Cretaquarium, AquaPark, DinoPark etc. Free Parking available in front of the hotel. Swimming pool was very clean.

    We stayed only one night on our way to catch an early ferry, but would have stayed longer at this lovely hotel. The buildings are scattered throughout beautiful, tranquil gardens, and the pool is immaculate and welcoming, an oasis on a hot day. Room 119 was clean and comfortable, with a pretty patio under a lemon tree. The owner Katerina and Poppy, her assistant, were so hospitable and helped us kindly when we had a request. And the ease of the big private parking lot was a plus, especially during high season. We would happily return.

    The rooms are clean and nice with everything you need in the bathroom, beautiful garden, free parking, kind staff. Regarding the price we paid (around 84€/night for 2 persons), would be a good deal for an all inclusive hotel. Close to the Heraklion airport (20 mins).
