A very clean and cozy room at a good price. The balcony with view to the sea is a great extra. The host was very friendly and allowed us late check-out. The beach is just few minutes away and is one of the best beaches in Sithonia in my mind. Quiet area, a great place to relax and enjoy life. Strongly recommended!

I have to admit I was a bit nervous before arriving because I had seen a previous negative review – but all my doubts disappeared the moment I arrived. I was more than positively surprised! The house is beautiful, authentic, and full of charm – it’s spread over two levels and radiates warmth and good energy. The biggest gem is the large, enclosed, peaceful yard where you truly feel like you’re in the countryside, surrounded by nature. That kind of space and privacy is very rare for Greek rentals, which are often cramped and close together. Here, you have room, tranquility, and greenery – perfect for families or anyone seeking a calm reset. The location is fantastic – just a short two-minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds. Natalija, the host, is absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, always available but never intrusive. I felt truly welcomed and cared for, which meant a lot. All in all – if you’re looking for accommodation that isn’t generic, that has soul, peace, and space, Alina’s House Kalamitsi is the perfect choice. I’d come back in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Greece in its most relaxed and beautiful form.

Everything was perfect. The room was enough for 2 people, very clean, and the AC worked very well. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing, the food is very delicious. The beach is across the road, but there are also amazing beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Everything exceeded our expectations.     Excellent location - couple of steps to the beach. The room was big enough and the kid loved the bunk bed. Big terrace with sea view from the 3 floor. Parking spot is also huge advantage in Kalamitsi.

    The hotel has a great location, very close to the Kalamitsi beach. It has a free parking just next to it. Probably the greatest value of the hotel are the owners who are super nice and friendly, very kind and willing to address the guests' needs. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

    The studios are set a couple of blocks back from the beach in a pleasant garden and shaded car parking. The main road runs at the rear of the property, but there was not much traffic overnight - it might be different in high season. Our room was clean and cheerily decorated, with a nice balcony that offered extra space.

    We had a very pleasant stay, there was a delicious breakfast every morning, huge parking lot on site, and the rooms were cleaned up on a daily basis. And most of all, the owners were super nice and always smiling :)
