The property was exactly how it was described and photographed. Everything was refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. There was everything that we needed with the amazing attention to detail. The upkeep of the property was admirable- especially the outdoor area. We absolutely loved the private pool. The location was perfect with it being close to restaurants but quiet too. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The room was beautifull, well-equipped and modern. The building is next to a busy road, but we could barely hear any noise when we were in the room. It is located on the outskirts of Kassiopi, but you can be in the city center in 10 minutes, so you can enjoy an evening there without the noise if you prefer to rest. There is a beach just across the road with a fish tavern (tough we did not try those during our stay).

Location perfect as in a quiet area yet near amenities and beach. The apartment was fully equipped with good quality towels and everything possible supplied in the kitchen. Beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Parking available. Sotirios the host met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. My friends and I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Kassiopi.

Villa Sania is an exceptional property in a fantastic location. It is immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

WOW!!! What a villa. All the other reviews echo our own experiences. Fabulous views from the terrace / garden over the infinity pool towards the hills of Albania. The villa is very specious and there were 6 of us and you would hardly know who was where. The pool table was great fun and we were very grateful for the gazebo as shelter from the sun. The poolside "sofa" was fab and there were 7 sun loungers. Easily one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent - an easy 15 min walk into town, supermarket 4 or 5 mins away and if you can't be bothered walking back the taxi is only 5 euros. Karolina our villa manager was so helpful too. The boiler needed a thermostat replaced - all done within 4hrs of us raising the issue - impressive!

Convenient check-in and little contract in person with stuff, but online they answered all questions. Free parking. Breakfast in another cafe, but it’s ok, simple but tasty

    Location was great in a quiet spot but just a couple of minutes walk to the main street and marina in kassiopi. Pool area was great with a nice pool bar and plenty of loungers. Apartment was great for money air con in both bedrooms and a big fridge freezer and cooker with hob. It also had 2 private balcony's one big and the other with a view over kassiopi castle and Albania mountains. A nice lady also came to give us fresh towels and clean after 2 nights. There was also free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The location is great, within easy walking distance of everything the resort has to offer. It's set in beautifully maintained grounds with a great pool and pool bar serving very reasonably priced drinks and food. The studio was very spacious, cleaned every other day, and bed linen and towels changed at the same time. Staff were very friendly. There is also free parking here, which is a real bonus in Kassiopi as parking is very limited!

    The apartment was really nice, comfortable and big. It had a very lovely living room. There was everything we needed. Although there was no special car parking, but there were always places to park in front of the house, by the road. Also, we could reach all the town's main beaches, shops and restaurants in a few minutes on foot. Accommodation is located near the busy road, but the sounds from the street are almost inaudible, when the windows are shut.

    Location is spot on as its just out of the busy centre-but only 5/6 minutes walk to the harbour, private free parking is a big bonus , all the apartments are lovely & clean-every thing you need for your holiday, & the owners are nice and make you feel at home straight away (3rd visit for me)

    Fantastic location - a couple of minutes walk to an absolutely stunning beach and a couple of minutes walk into the quaint town. The hotel is perfect and the pool area is great. There is free car parking at the property. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

    We booked Solaris and we are so glad we did. The apartment was small but spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were super helpful with advice on places to visit and things to see. Also, a massive bonus is the free parking in the center which for us was like gold dust. Breakfast was fantastic and kept us going all day.

    Free parking which is a problem in Kassiopi - easy accessible - perfect walking distance from the harbor and tavernas - very friendly hostess - everything you need for a lengthy stay in Corfu island - as you can travel the whole northern part from Kassiopi which is by far the best part of Corfu.
