This is a wonderful house to spend a comfortable vacation in. It was very clean and cozy, and you can feel the careful and caring attitude towards guests. The house is located very close to the beach, and it offers an incredible view of the sea. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. If you are traveling by car, the nearest restaurants and shops are just a five-minute drive away. An absolute recommendation and our gratitude for such a wonderful stay :)

We have returned to the hotel the second time in a row. It is just a perfect location to spend a relaxing autumn week in Rodos. The hotel offers full board which is just excellent food all day long, the location and the facilities satisfy everyone from singles and couples to families with children of any age group. Staff is extremely helpful and patient, always smiling and ready to support you. It is really value for money!

We had a fantastic time at Kiotari Bay Resort for 7 nights with a family of four, one 16 year and one 11-year-old child. The food was good with the all-inclusive service. The dinners were really good, and the variety was exceptional with different themes each night. We only ate lunch once at the main restaurant, while the breakfasts were basically the same each morning, but due to the fact that there were plenty of items to choose from, this was not an issue. Also, the animation team was extremely good. We participated in several daytime activities (e.g. pool volleyball / water polo, basketball, aqua gym and yoga) and we attended the nightly programs as well which included concerts and shows and also contests. Great time, great fun!

Fantastic place in a fantastic location. Everything was great. We were welcomed at the car park and assisted to carry our luggages to the apartment. View towards the acropolis and the rest of town under you from the terrace was fantastic.apartment was great and very comfortable.

    I had a book in this Resort and my room was airy, spacious, very clean and beautiful with nice pool view and large balcony. Many amenities and facilities in the room, fast and free Wi-Fi, also the hotel had a free parking for the vehicles and a well-maintained pool, combined with the availability of sunbeds and a poolside bar serving refreshing drinks, created a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment under the warm sun. Absolutely recommended by me.

    Property and rooms where EXTREMELY clean. Freshly painted and well maintained. Room had a good mini fridge -cools everything fast-, cutlery/plate/glasses/cups electric kettle provided, plus sponge and dish-washing fluid. Air-conditioning in pristine order and TV. Bathroom newly tiled and very clean. Hot/cold water on demand will very good water pressure. Towels and bed sheets very clean/well ironed as well. Property has a very big parking space in shade from Trees. Also the night was quiet.
