Includes BBQ, dinning table, swimming pool and kids pool, lawn for playing, very privet, free parking. Loved it! Loved the staff - very responsive. Includes pickup from and dropoff to the airport. 10 minutes walking to the beach, 2 minutes driving to a nice water park hotel.

    The location of the house in a crazy and quiet landscape, close to the beach (a few minutes' walk), parking, all the facilities of the house are of high quality and maintained, the pool is amazing and the garden is large and clean

    The staff is attentive and very friendly. The resort is well run and beautiful. The location is easy to reach and perfectly located for exploring many different beaches and towns. There is free and available parking on site. They have a nice selection of pools which are not overfilled due to having so many. Our room (family with sliding door) was nice and spacious, moreso than the one bedroom we had last year. A lot of natural light which was nice and plenty of storage.

    We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners live nearby, but the facility is managed by a company, ensuring professional service. The kitchen was well-equipped, and my kids loved the pool. The villa has big rooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces. There is plenty of parking space and a very nice view of the mountains. It's an excellent choice for a family with kids. Additionally, Taverna Grigoris on the same street was an excellent choice for dining.

    Our stay at the villa in Kolymbia was delightful. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, offering a perfect retreat. The presence of a pool added an extra level of relaxation to our experience. The hotel amenities were satisfactory, although it would have been convenient if the kitchen provided some basic products like salt and pepper. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, and the availability of a parking place was a bonus. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

    This place is marvellous - it is very quiet and peaceful as it is about 150m off the Main Street, yet all the restaurants and shops are just in a 2-5 minutes walk. Beach is nice and is about 700 m from the property. There is a lot of free parking and Wi-Fi is very good. Owners are very nice and helpful, they are always there so you can arrive any time.
