We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time – not least because of our exceptional host. From the very beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available when we needed something, without ever being intrusive. When one of our bags got stolen during the trip, he went above and beyond to support us – helping with the police, contacting the embassy, and even reaching out to nearby bars to try and recover it. We would’ve been completely lost without his help. He also took care of restaurant bookings, gave us great local tips for day trips and hidden spots, and generally made sure we had the best possible stay. The apartment itself was equally impressive – very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the hot tub was spotless, comfortably sized, and offered a beautiful sea view – a real highlight. Towels were provided, and the beds were freshly made once during our 10-night stay. The barbecue was fully functional and even had a prime zone that was perfect for steaks. We truly felt looked after and in good hands throughout our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat – absolutely recommended!

Great. Our group of five people settled into the house on September 14th for a 9-day stay. From the very first moment in the house, we felt comfort, cleanliness, and the love put into every detail. Everything is designed for a good, quality rest. The house is very clean and fresh, with snow-white bathrooms, floors, and beds. There's a fresh floral scent throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony and barbecue area deserve a special compliment. Having dinner in such a place was unforgettable. The host, Maria, is a responsive, hospitable, and social woman. She welcomed us with pleasant treats and souvenirs and helped us throughout our stay. On the very first day, she showed us the shops, beaches, and the best restaurants. Many thanks to her for the attention. And thanks to this wonderful house for a fantastic vacation!

An Amazing traditional House located in a beautyful and pittoresque Village, Koskinou, between Rhodes and Faliraki. Koskinou deserve a visit itself during your holiday. You have no problem of parking, you have a great Bakery nearby, a Little supermarket and some of the best Taverna I tried , Giannis Is my favourite. The Apartment has literally everything, a great terrazza were having the aperitivo Is quite romantic. The Host Is super present to any need and request within minutes. Brava, really appreciated 💪😘

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new apartment in Rhodes. Everything was spotless, with new furniture and all the amenities we needed. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming. George explained everything clearly at check-in and made the process smooth. For check-out, we simply left the keys on the table, which was very convenient. The location is also great: about a 15-minute drive from Rhodes Old Town, with private parking available. Within 5–10 minutes on foot, you can reach Karavelladika in Koskinou, a fantastic local restaurant that we absolutely loved. Overall, our experience was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again, highly recommended!

Large, clean and bright House, well equipped with all you need to live comfortably. The garden with a little vineyard, a pool and a beautiful garden, is very well kept. As you need to rent a car if you want to visit the island, the position is very good. The host is amazing, so welcoming and caring. She gives lots of very good tip for all your needs (restaurants, shops, markets, place to visit and many others). She makes you feel at ease as you were at home. Definitely the right place to stay in Rhodes!

    Kostas and his family made our stay very comfortable. They were flexible, adjusted to our plans, and greeted us with delicious wine! Their place was great for a one-week stay. It has a perfect location with a stunning sea view and a parking space, which is extremely important in Koskinou and Rhodes. If you're looking for a place in Rhodes, you cannot wish for a better one. Highly recommend!

    I liked it very much, wonderful apartments, there is a public transport stop nearby, shops and good taverns are not far away. Good service, the owner helps with everything, goes to the meeting, accompanies from start to finish on all issues. There is a possibility of parking a car, you can rent a car nearby. You can also find a beach on the first line of hotels, to which there is free access.

    Genovefa traditional house is in an excellent location close to many good taverna, an excellent snorkeling beach and only 25 minutes from the airport. Don't worry about the lack of parking, it's easy to find a place nearby. There's a supermarket and nice cafés in easy walking distance. The accommodation is very well modernised while keeping the original features. It's well equipped and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. It's a quiet tranquil place with a good sun terrace and private courtyard.

    It is so close to old town and Faliraki. Nice view and enough for value. Good staff, they are ask many times do you want something, everything is ok. There are car park , if you do not have car it might be hard to achieve to house
