Clean rooms. The location is excellent, close to the main street as well as the beach, but still isolated enough not to hear the noise from the clubs that are nearby. Very nice view of the pool and palm trees, the pool is always clean. Free parking; air conditioning; wifi. The staff is amazing. Maria is very kind, sweet, always in a good mood, available for a lot of information if you are visiting Zakynthos for the first time. Thank you Maria for a pleasant stay.

This was a great experience for us! We where 5 adults, 3 generations who booked the house "last minute". From our first message here on booking.com only minutes after the reservation, until we came back home to Norway a week later it was 10 out of 10! Good communication, transport to/from the airport, help during the stay with transport, advices and all we could ask for! The house was really nice with everything we could ask for + the small things that makes it 110% for us. Things like nice showers with pressure on the water and many different spots in the garden with/without sun. We had the posibillty to order from the "local uber" when we wanted to stay at the house at nights, and we could to set up the tv for some norwegian news. The house also have good internet/ac/large pool etc etc! Dennis, his cousin and the nice lady who also took care of the house... amazing peoples who did everything to make our stay as good as it was! AND; The family who owns this house also runs a hotell some minutes from the house. We did not know this before we arrived. We arrived early in the morning, to early to check in at the house, but we could chill by the pool at the hotel until it was ready. We got some drinks and even a meal while we where waiting! They also provided us with hotel standard on the service the whole week at the house. We got housecleaning and new towels as often as we wanted, people we could ask for help with things to do, transportation etc etc. Really extra value for money that everyone should know about when you search for a holiday home in Lovely Zakynthos! This is rare! For the last 15 years we have been renting private houses in Europe and the US, and this stay was top two! Minimum :) Its always something who is missing, right? Not this time, so as i said in the start: 10 out of 10! Thank you for a lovely stay, our new greek friends!

    I booked for a couple's holiday in Zakynthos. the structure has been recently renovated and is equipped with all services, excellent location, 10 minutes from the airport and convenient both for reaching the main beaches and for the nightlife of Laganas. free parking in the structure. Super helpful and kind homeowner, she always responded promptly to messages and provided what we asked for, as well as giving us useful advices on what to do or visit. super recommended!

    Everything was perfect, clean room, daily cleaning, nice equiped room, the pool was very clean as well, the host was taking care personaly about cleaning the pool every day, the breakfast was various and delicious. They have a safe car parking as well, which is great for renting cars. The host, Denis, is coming every day at the location, he helped us a lot with advices about what to do/visit on the island. Actually he did our vacation much more relaxing.

    Recently renovated room, crazy VMF in midseason, with rich breakfast, clean and nice pool (and a secondary one for kids), nice snacks and cocktails by the pool. Although in Laganas, noise was not a problem, at least in our room. Staff very friendly, ready to show you the basics (and the secrets) of the island. Hotel comes also with a small free parking space.

    The accommodation looked exactly like the photos. It was very nice, new and clean. Cleaning, including changing of towels, took place every 2nd day. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very nice and responded to us quickly on whatsapp if needed. There was a large parking lot in front of the building where we could park our car. Great location, just off the main street with restaurants and bars. Great beaches around. It is ideal to rent a car. Great place for relax 😊

    It was really close to the beach, the rooms were cleaned regularlly, free parking on the left side of the building, it’s also situated in a quiet part of the city. Athina, the owner, was amazing, very kind and helpful. Every single time we needed something , she would jump in to help us. I am definitely coming back next year :)

    Owner is very friendly and helpfull! Garden and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Cleaning of the rooms was much better than expected and what i had seen in other places. Very good place for families with children, and with free parking. Place is very close to main town and sea port, as its close to the most of entertainment on the island. See you next summer again - i will not even research for different place :)
