This was by far the best hotel experience that I've ever had! Already at the welcoming they were so kind to us and gave us Prosecco. The staff was extremely helpful with carrying the luggage and providing us with information about the Restaurants/Shops around the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and it was an elegant room. The beach bar, the pools, everything was amazing and also very clean. The absolute Highlight was the Restaurant staff. Me and my mom have several allergies and the staff went trough the whole buffet every morning and evening with us to make sure nothing is contaminated. They also cooked special gluten free delicious food for me. A big thank you to the Restaurant for being so kind and warm-hearted!!! I will never forget this vacation and would love to come back again!

This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Location: Really nice location, in the city Center directly next to bus stop but still within quiet area A lot of cafe places around for all the taste. Especially awesome Taverna Kotonostimié home atmosphere and very budget friendly local home cooked food. Also as a single traveller enjoyed opportunity to go directly to bars nearby, feeling secure to reach back ‚home‘. Also - 10 mins walk to the seaside (for those who run 🏃‍♀️ and like enjoying sunrises & sunsets 🌅) Super convenient city hotel to make day trips to beach sides. Bus stop 🚏 from which you could directly go to Amoudara Beach side. Also easily reachable to airport and to Central Bus station (from which you could take buses to Hania and Aglia Paralia 🏖️) Rooms: Nice modern design (picture attached 😉). All amenities are present in the kitchen if you feel like cooking. Ah thanks for very comfy pillows and matrass! I felt super comfy - alike in my house Stuff: fantastic hospitality, welcoming, always in touch with you if you have any questions. Hotel opened just recently in April 2025. I really wish your business flourishing! Hotel worth visiting and would’ve been my hub to go if I would ever visit Crete again
