We absolutely loved this accommodation and the owner was super friendly and caring and wanted to help us in any way possible. We felt very comfortable and cared for. It was late when we arrived and the day we had to leave was early in the morning, to which the owner phoned us taxis for and was also present to make sure we were ok. The premises was very clean and spacious!

For the purpose of my trip, the location was perfect. Very nice and responsive hosts. It was clean and cozy. There is a veranda with seating and thick shade. Quiet and peaceful place!

Lovely, clean property. Great location - lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, metro nearby for access into Athens. Excellent host - he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable; absolutely fantastic! My children loved the basketball court and play equipment, as well as the selection of toys inside the property.

Alpha Apartment. A new hotel with a very clean , cosy, light room and hospitable owner Maria. I had fantastic room with panoramic window and a balcony. The evening and sunrise were fantastic! I was provided with a transfer to the airport only in the morning.

To me, top priority wherever I stay is cleanliness, then comfort and service. The Modernist ticks all the boxes. Such a pleasant stay. Lovely interior (modern and sleek), great location, fantastic staff, super-clean. I loved my "M"-sized room that came with a cute balcony (and a nice view, at that). Truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend The Modernist and would absolutely stay there again.
