Equipped kitchen, air conditioning, three bathrooms, balcony with a wonderful view. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, parking space is 20 meters away. The room was like a hotel room with a nice interior, private balcony and a stunning view of the sea. The rooms got checked every day (changing towels and bed sheets every other day, emptying the trashbins every day). The bathroom was small but nice and clean with a moskito net on the window (you are going to need this). Also the location was great: two beautiful beaches (one pebbled and one sandy), a small supermarket and a very good restaurant in walking distance.
