It's a very nice looking, modern and comfortable accommodation. I've stayed in several other accommodations in the area before, and most of them are very dated and overpriced, and in need of major refurbishment. This one stands in nice contrast, has lots of convenient shelves and drawers to put you things, a comfortable bed, a modern shower that doesn't leak and a nice balcony that can comfortably fit a table with to chairs. The place is also away from the main street, so you don't get traffic noise.

The location is perfect with nearly all of the rooms being able to see the sea. The building had a lovely feel, my bed was enormous and very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely, not huge but enough to do a few strokes, and the pool area was very sheltered on windy days. Rula the manager couldn’t do enough to make my stay wonderful. She prepared eggs and bacon each morning and there was fresh bread and sometimes cake. Fresh fruits and yogurt. Delicious selection. There is a large lobby area with a decent book swap if you fancy a read. The showers appear to be recently updated as they have modern rainwater heads, with plenty of hot water but it does take a few mins to arrive.

    The location of the property is good with an easy access to beach where there is a private beach bar. Like 800m away from the Petra center. The car park is enough to worry less. There is cleaning everyday. The rooms need a little update, especially bathrooms but is ok for a short stay. The owner seems to be very nice at first sight but she is the least helpful person I have ever met during my entire stay on Lesvos island for a week.

    The building and rooms have old English style romantic look, very charming and beautiful. Good location, close to the center and free parking by the street. Stunning sunset view, if you happen to have a room with sea view. Comfortable beds, very beautiful headboards. Quiet at night, exept some occasional motorbikes speeding by. Floors and bathroom very clean (cleaned every day), other surfaces like table tops so-so (a bit dusty, but I didn't mind). Rooms are old, but everything was working well. Good deal for the price.
