We really loved this stay. We liked everything, the staff and host were very polite and friendly and helpful; the ambient is perfect, it was very quiet during the night - perfect for sleeping; the apartments are very well equipped, with all amenities and then some. The whole property is perfectly clean and the apartments are being cleaned on a daily basis. Literally every day we had fresh towels. This is by far the best stay we had in Preveza so far. We'll be definitely be visiting again, couldn't recommend it higher.

I'm happy to have picked Sezian boutique hotel and villas as a surprise stay for my wife and I.The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a range of modern comforts. The hotel provides excellent service and amenities to its guests, has friendly staff, and is an easy walking distance from the beautiful seaside, with lots of great places to eat or drink a coffee readily accesible. The beds are comfortable and doubly welcoming after a long walk around and the feeling of comfort and relaxation was a lovely cherry on top for a great stay!

From the moment we walked in; it only got better. Beginning with the sea view, the swimming pool , the bar and the room was amazing! Penny was the most efficient and exceptionally friendly employee. Coming back for sure and staying longer. So far the highlight of our trip!

    This is our second stay here as we enjoyed it so much the first time. For our purposes it is like a home away from home. The attention given to comfort, decor and equipment for self catering is great. A short walk to the beach and you can also walk into town, which takes a little longer to do, but it is a lovely walk. Car parking is very easy too.

    Very kind and helpful owner. The unit is modern, clean, and in good condition. Being on the ground floor is great and not carrying suitcases up and downstairs a pleasure. The unit is quiet, and the off-street parking is good. There is plenty of cupboard space.
