Tess and her staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa apartment is 5 minutes drive from Skala in Grikos village. The apartment was well appointed with a huge sundeck overlooking the bay. An excellent array of tavernas and small bays within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay in Demati! Very warm and elegant house, perfectly equipped with everything you will need! Excellent location, very close to skala. Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate. 10/10 recommend we will be coming back.

The property was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen area and a lovely bathroom. We had a huge terrace overlooking the ocean, which was an absolute treat to watch the sunset. Christina gave us so many wonderful tailored suggestions of brilliant restaurants, and beaches off the beaten track. Sometimes we had the whole thing to ourselves to watch the sunset!! There was daily cleaning, so we were able to have clean towels and fresh sheets every few days. The location was brilliant, very close to Skala where there are lots of shops and restaurants. I would suggest having either a car or motorised scooter for the island, as this will allow you to be able to explore more of what Patmos has to offer.

Nektarios is an exceptionally hospitable and pleasant host. He welcomed us at the port, which meant a lot to us, kindly accommodated our request for an extra bed, and even helped us with booking a rental car. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ drive from both Chora and Skala, with a stunning view from the terrace. The house and the surrounding garden are arranged with great love and taste. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back.

The apartment was charming. Dream location, lovely views, daily cleaning, and a host and hostess to rival anywhere else we’ve ever stayed: everything from collections to bike hire was sorted for us, and it was a real pleasure to see a family business run so well.
