It was wonderful to be Soula’s first guests in this brand new apartment. It is a very spacious one bedroom apartment just off the main road but in a very quiet courtyard. There was no traffic noise at all and the view of the garden from the balcony and living room was lovely. Every thing worked perfectly from the washing machine to the shower to the air conditioning. Every request we made, Soula was right there to fulfill it. We really couldn’t have wished for a lovelier hostess. I would say that this property looked even better than the pictures. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets very close by and it is an easy ten minute walk to the beaches. We had so many welcoming gifts like water, beer, milk and juice and even some wonderful home produced olive oil, it made us feel like proper guests rather than clients. Good luck with your future guests Soula you were the best!

Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

Vila Antonia was beautiful for us and young lady Antonia was nice,pleasant,respectfull.....grate young person.It was super for a family as we are.Place was nice and tree shadow with a sea view during the morning coffe was priceless.Blue Zakinthos and Ionian sea. Fantastic apartment so close to the beach, and a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the main town with plenty of bars,restaurants, and shops to choose from. The apartments were beautifully decorated inside and still looked new,clean, and tidy. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and towels and a quiet seating area. Staff we're all so friendly and can arrange taxi transfer if you need. Can not fault anything at all with these apartments and would definitely recommend for a well based accomodation close to everything. We stayed in S5, and the view was awesome. Pictures are exactly what you get.

    Super cool location, clean, you can use their kayak, super hospitable family owners (they cooked fresh fish one day and left it in our table!!!!), very nice appartment equipped with everything you need for a long stay, modern cooking pan, they have a private parking.... Very good experience in general.

    Amazing sea view from the terrace. We loved sitting out there and relaxing. Aircon and wifi were good. We were left olive oil, wine, olives, water and cakes upon arrival. Host whatsapped me the night before we arrived to tell me where to find the key and to bring water since you can't drink the water from the taps. You definitely need a car, quad or scooter to stay here, but there is covered parking right outside which is wide and easy to navigate into.

    The property was in a lovely secrete location and the facilities were excellent. The pool was a little small if you want to swim for exercise purposes, but perfect for taking a dip in a really good quality outside space. The air con works very well as it can get quite hot inside. Access to the property is easy, as is parking. Mimi the cat is also adorable, so if for some crazy reason you don’t like cats, perhaps it’s not for you.

    Cute, little AirBNB. A little tight on space, but we made it work in our favor. Main bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast in. We were given fresh fruit to enjoy. The private beach was perfect. There was a kayak to use, although our neighbors were usually in it when we were at the beach. Very private. Parking was private as well and they would rope it off so no visiting restaurant goers would take our parking spots. Beautiful location and very hospitable.
