Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. And of course, Santorini is a truly amazing island that makes the experience even more unforgettable.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Greece. Beautifully built at an intimate location. Hosts were exceptionally accommodating and made sure we were properly taken care of from arrival till departure. We stayed four nights and were still looking forward to waking up for breakfast the final day! Would love to come back again.

Great place to stay in Imerovigli with parking spot, nearby supermarkets, bus and lots of restaurants. Host was always prompt to help. We were 3 and it was very comfortable. The only thing is that the bed for the third guest was not very comfortable, but not a big deal.

We booked the sunrise suite but decided on the spot to upgrade for the sunset suite, which cost more but is totally worth it! The suites, view and pool are unbelievable! A perfect location on the caldera in Akrotiri, far from the overcrowded areas - Fira and Oia - in a quiet area with spectacular view & amazing sunsets. The hotel is brand new, in typical cyclades architecture with style and beautiful decoration. We particularly appreciated the large - two floors - suite with private pool and jacuzzi. Our hostess Maria is fully dedicated to guests and has tons of excellent recommandations - a million thanks to her! we can only recommend Omna Caldera suites for an exceptional stay in Santorin - we will be back! :-)
