Everything was excellent. Staff was extremly friendly. Customer service was outstanding. Room was nice and clean with wonderful view on the sea. Breakfast was great with varied selection of food. Free parking is also avaliable. I highly recomend it.

Zina's house is a gem, and her hospitality is exceptional. The house is spacious and cozy, and the garden is just amazing. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need to prepare not only breakfast but an entire meal. Zina is the best host, she had thought of everything. She was very welcoming and kind to give us a lot of recommendations helping us to have a great time in Skiathos. Zina makes sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need, while she is very respectful of their privacy. Highly recommend and I would love to be back.

I was very pleased with this property. It was brand new and everything was clean and spotless. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Bathroom was 10/10 and the balcony view was amazing. Definitely worth the price. Very happy

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such beauty every day was truly special. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was always spotless. We've been Skiathos before so this was in a perfect location for us near Skiathos town & local bus service. Modern rooms with comfortable bed. Hi-light for me was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room...waking up to a lovely coffee, perfect. Also breakfast basket of goodies & water. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. Owners were lovely & always helpful. Definitely will be returning.

    We spent a great holiday at Yiannis Studios! The place is quiet, clean, it has parking, the room is big with TV, fridge and mini kitchen. You are super close to Troulos beach where there are several restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the accommodation is near the bus station and this makes a good connection if you want to go all over the island. The owners are very nice and we really felt like home. We will definitely come back next time for our holiday in Skiathos at Yiannis Studios!

    Hotel in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the beach and various bars / restaurants. Staff were amazing and breakfast was varied and very good quality. Parking was easy and view from balcony was lovely. The bus stop into Skiathos Town was just outside the hotel.

    The lady who welcomed us was ver helpful, if I needed anything, she helped me. The beds were comfortable, we were 3, so tere was one extra bed, this was no as comfortable as the normal ones. Quite well equiped kitchen, free parking, balcony. Beach only across the street. Lovely holiday.

    Relaxing location in a forest setting. Fairly new building with great facilities. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great shower. Lovely terrace with sea view, albeit a fair distance away. Ample kitchen equipment. Great peaceful night's sleep. Free parking off road. One of the quieter areas on the island which we liked....
