For us, it was a unique opportunity to experience a truly authentic stay in the middle of an old olive tree plantation. The accommodation oozes rustic charm while remaining very comfortable (with AC), and the owners have thought of every detail — the place is extremely well equipped. Privacy was excellent we had the whole property for ourselves), and being surrounded by Cretan nature really helped us unwind and relax. Communication with the owners was great, and they kindly welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit.

The hotel is even better than in the pictures. Everything was exceptional, from the daily fresh à la carte breakfast menu, gorgeous sunset views to the friendly and accommodating staff, you will not be disappointed. The location is great too, very quiet but with supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Nektarios is a fantastic host, he makes sure you feel welcome. I was welcomed with home-made lemonade and delicious fresh fruits and I received lots of help and support from him during my unfortunately very short stay. The room was very nice, spacious and the balcony had lovely seaview.

This was one of our favourite stops on a tour around Crete. Perfect for couples who prefer an apartment to relax in and cook. We would have happily stayed longer there! Great views, and close to a beach with good restaurants. We had only a brief interaction with the owner, but he was friendly and seemed like he would have been willing to help had we needed anything. Free parking was a bonus!

Here, you're almost alone in the water – and we were here during the busiest season. You can even swim to a taverna of your choice, with plenty nearby. Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. We stayed for 8 nights and this property was ideal. Fantastic location. Kitchen had everything and more than needed, even had coffee machine and toastie maker. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
