The owner is friendly and ready to help with storing your bikes or any other problems. In an emergency, you can fill your bikes with an air compressor. I recommend!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation and the overall experience! Everything exceeded our expectations – from the beautifully decorated space to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Francoise and Pascale were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – their hospitality truly touched us. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and we were especially impressed by the attention to even the smallest details. We felt completely at home, surrounded by warmth and care. We were so very happy with our stay at Roxanich so thank you! So happy for this find! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there—the setting is stunning, and every detail felt special. The entire team was not only extremely helpful but also wonderfully knowledgeable about the wines, which made our experience even richer. We were there for a special occasion, and the hotel truly spoiled us—Thankyou so much for the care and generosity. We spent time lounging by the pool and soaking in the beautiful surroundings—it was pure relaxation. The wine was exceptional (we especially loved the sparkling!), and the breakfast was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings. Everything was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for a weekend with our kids. The owner is flexible and helpful. The flat is equipped with all the practical, small things that make it easy for you to start your stay. The apartment has just been renovated, I think - all the accessories are brand new. We liked that very much.

    I recently stayed at Guest House Milotic for the second time and was once again impressed by the experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, with both the air conditioning and WiFi working flawlessly. There is ample parking space, which is a huge plus since having a car is essential for getting around. Although my room lacked a balcony, I enjoyed sitting outside near the entrance door, where I could relax and have a snack while taking in the lovely greenery. Overall, a delightful stay that I would highly recommend.

    Everything was ok, the staff is very kind and helpful, the room and the bathroom was clean, the bed was ok. The location is not noisy, large private parking area in the backyard, the main gate opens with a remote control.
