The owner is friendly and ready to help with storing your bikes or any other problems. In an emergency, you can fill your bikes with an air compressor. I recommend!

We were so very happy with our stay at Roxanich so thank you! So happy for this find! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there—the setting is stunning, and every detail felt special. The entire team was not only extremely helpful but also wonderfully knowledgeable about the wines, which made our experience even richer. We were there for a special occasion, and the hotel truly spoiled us—Thankyou so much for the care and generosity. We spent time lounging by the pool and soaking in the beautiful surroundings—it was pure relaxation. The wine was exceptional (we especially loved the sparkling!), and the breakfast was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings. Everything was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

    Generous and lovely host Anton greeted us and explained everything. Karojba is a small village 4km from Motovun and well situated for you to explore the Istrian hinterland. Nothing is very far away but you do need a car. Secure parking available in the front yard. Can also recommend getting a pizza from Alto Pizzeria - they were good. Having a spa on the deck with a gorgeous valley view was wonderful.

    it was great. All things worked well. lots of space. Peaceful and quiet. Shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was firm and comfortable. Anton met us and explained everything. I would stay again. Be aware that this property is a long way from anywhere. You will have to drive. Motovun closet town of consequence and in first week of May was very full of people. You will be very isolated. There is secure parking, gated for your car. Owner, Anton, was most helpful and friendly. Easy to contact.
